Cannot create a competition entry

There are several reasons why you cannot create a competition entry. One is that you have insufficient funds in your account. A competition is £1.00 to enter, if your account balance or free credits are greater or equal to £1.00 then this is not the issue. If your account balance and free credits are less than £1.00, then you will need to deposit more into your account to enter a competition.

Another reason is that you have not verified the email address you have assigned to your account. If this is the case then you will receive a notification when attempting to access the dashboard. Click the send new verification link and check your emails. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email and this will resolve the issue. This will also affect most site functionaility if you have not verified your email.

If the above solutions still do not resolve the issue, we might be experiencing a technical issue. There are two reasons why this might be happening. The first reason is simply that there are currently no active users that are searching for an opponent for the round you are on. This problem becomes more likely as you progress throughout the competition; as you could probably expect there are more people playing the first round then playing the £1 million question.

This is an uncommon problem however there is a chance that sometimes when we have too many concurrent users online, we have glitches in our system (not that we have ever experienced this issue before or during our rigorous platform testing). Please make sure you have good signal and a stable connection to the internet when playing; unfortunately, this is not a valid reason for an unfair decision.
